TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRIVACY STATEMENT
1.
Our ordering process will ask you for postal address, phone
numbers and email address. This information ensures your order
is processed as accurately and efficiently as possible. We can
ensure this information will not be divulged to any other
companies or individuals with out first obtaining your approval. Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd operate within the guidelines set out
by the UK Data Protection Act (1999). Credit Card details will
not
be kept after completion of each order.
TERMS
OF DELIVERY:
1.
Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd will endeavour to process and
dispatch all orders placed by 10am (subject to availability) by
courier on a 2 day service.
2.
No guarantee as to time of delivery is given or implied.
3.
Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd is not responsible for any
loss of profits arising from late or non-delivery of goods
howsoever caused.
4.
In the event of delivery of damaged goods or part of the
consignment missing, Flowervision (Bristol)
Ltd must be notified within two days of delivery, otherwise
claims cannot be accepted.
5.
In the event of goods not being received within ten
days of order please contact Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd, who
with the courier will endeavour to rectify the problem and
arrange a re-delivery.
6.
We would advise that it is important for you to instruct
your staff to sign for goods correctly. In case of shortages,
only the number of cartons received should be signed for and the
words "Damaged (Contents Unexamined)" added. The signing
"Unexamined" only is not sufficient for the carrier to accept
claims.
7. Delivery Charges quoted are for mainland United Kingdom.
Offshore will incur a surcharge, please contact us for a
quotation.
8.
Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd will package goods as securely as
possible using protective packaging products which include
bubble wrap for certain items and boxing with the utmost care
and attention.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1.
Orders are accepted subject to being available and unsold
at the time of the order.
2.
All Orders must be paid for by Credit or Debit Cards.
Customers will be contacted regarding any "out of stock" items
ordered to arrange when items will be available or a full refund
on the item or offered the nearest alternative.
3.
No cancellation of goods already in transit can be
accepted. If the Customer should refuse these goods on arrival,
the Customer will be responsible for the cost of two way
carriage and any loss of profit incurred in the resale of the
goods.
4.
Should any of the goods supplied by Flowervision
(Bristol) Ltd prove to be defective the customer must notify
Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd within two days of receipt of the
goods. The goods must be held by the customer until such time as
Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd and the customer mutually agree on
either the return of the goods or suitable credit.
5.
Goods cannot be returned for credit without the prior
agreement of Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd. Goods wrongly ordered
and returned for exchange will be subject to the discretion of
Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd. In the event of an exchange being
accepted the customer is responsible for returning the unwanted
items to Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd in unused, unpackaged and in
non-defective order.
6.
Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd reserves the right to alter
prices and withdraw any items form sale without notice.
7.
Risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery.
8.
Title to goods remains with Flowervision (Bristol) Ltd
until paid for in full.
9.
All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the standard
rate.
10.
All dimensions in our online shop are approximate and
should be taken as a guide and due to photographic limitations colour reproductions should also be taken as a guide only.
11.
All items are subject to price increases, dependent upon the
purchase price from the supplier at the re-order point. To be
sure of a given price please call to confirm the current selling
price.
