Introducing Tracy Rowbottom, new customer liaison at Flowervision Bristol. Some of you will have seen me around the Cash and Carry over the last few months, lots of you will be florist friends that I have known for many years. It’s time to introduce myself properly and explain my new role at Flowervision.
So the formal bit- I am Tracy Rowbottom I have been a florist for 30+ years and I am qualified to NDSF level. I have taught NVQ’s and City & Guilds and have an assessor/verifier qualification.
During my career I have been lucky enough to do some amazing things. I ran my florist shop for 20 years winning several medals at Chelsea Flower Show during that time, including Gold! I have also been fortunate to design and build exhibition stands and demonstrate internationally.
Before coming to Flowervision I worked for Country Baskets and was very lucky to have the opportunity to travel to Europe and the Far East sourcing florist friendly products.
I am delighted to be back in the fresh flower world (some people have the call of the wild but florists have the call of the flowers!). I have a new and exciting challenge, to engage with all of our customers. I want to know everything, how things are going, what more we can do to help you, what are your essential items, what would be nice to have if we can get it for you at the right price or just anything floristry wise I might be able to help with!
I will be working my way around to visit all of our customers, starting with delivery customers that we don’t see very often, some of you will have had a visit already- thank you so much for having me, your feedback is invaluable!
Marketing and Social Media are also on my list so I would love to know your news and share your pictures. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp them with a brief description to 07809 412685. I will also be running workshops and demonstrations and I would love to know what you would like me to focus on.
